Claudia is the RL darling 3 year old little daughter of resident Daemon Quandry.In May of this year, she was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. The fact the she is a girl under 5 is very much in her favour, and the doctors have suggested as high as 90% survival rate if she tolerates/responds well to treatment.
She already has a central line, which she will have for a minimum of 2 years and her first intrathecal (in her spine) i.v. and intramuscular chemo treatments.
If all goes well she will not need a bone marrow transplant. She will, however, lose her beautiful blond curls and will be severely immunocompromised for at least the next 6 months.
She will go every Friday for chemotherapy treatments, which take a tremendous toll on her and her family.

A Fundraiser was held to help her family here in sl.
Out of seven different Venues a little over 1 million in lindens was earned for this darling little girl.
I had the great pleasure on the 29th of August to be at the last venue, My partner owns the island and in that 11 hour day Thorvan Druart scheduled 11 different artists. Some did cancel and Thor found other artists to take their spot. I'd like to give special thanks to Hydra Space station (owners) and to all the staff of The Light Tower Social Club for all the help, also the Artists who gave up their time and also gave donations.
