With the mandatory arbitration clause of the Second Life Terms of Service deemed unenforceable, the dispute between Second Life resident Marc Woebegone (aka, attorney Marc Bragg) and SL parent company Linden Research, Inc. took another step toward trial with the filing of Linden’s countersuit with the US Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
