On the 3rd of May, 3 year old British girl Madeleine McCann disappeared from her family's holiday home in Portugal, while her parents were dining just yards away. Since that time, there has been a widespread search to try and find her, and her possible abductor, which has made headlines throughout the world. One person, who goes by the name 3d Wise in Secondlife, who has no connection to the family, was touched by the story and wanted to help.
As 3d is a creator of club lighting in SL, those skills have been utilised to make a sign, showing photos and information about the missing child. 3d has been placing these on Sandboxes and anywhere else possible, and encouraging others to take copies to place on their land, in the hope that others will see this, and be able to help in finding her. We here at SL-newspaper wholeheartedly support this, and will have one of these signs placed outside our office to try to help. If you wish to place one on your land, either come down to the office to get one, or visit 3d's shop, HDE Clubgear. Hopefully together we can do our bit to help reunite this little girl with her family.
