We write from the heart
To all poets who feel as I do

We write from the heart

to give peace to our soul

quiet in our minds

our only goal

lifes pain and experience

expressed in rhyme

sometimes extinguishing

the passage of time

shaking hands write

pain from the past

hoping the act will

suppress at last

that which has hurt

and burned deep inside

blurring all emotion

those things that we hide

so we let it all out

put it on show

somehow hoping

we can let it all go

rhyme and poetry

keeping us sane

so here is my poem

my expression of pain
