As it continued to deal with questions arising from the alleged theft of L$3.2M by a former ATM system programmer and delays in returning its ATM network to service following a software upgrade, the World Stock Exchange (WSE) received a vote of confidence from TraderJohn Sousa, the CEO of the Second Life Exchange Commission (SLEC).
